Wooden Pallets Or Wooden Trays
The tiles are carefully selected according to the approved samples and packed on wooden pallets and tied with plastic belts with rubber pieces (carton) on the edges to avoid any damage that may occur. Each wooden pallet contains a certain number of tiles according to the size and thickness of the tiles. All details of the contents of the pallets are mentioned on a paper that is fixed on the side of the pallet.
Wooden Boxes
Tiles are carefully selected according to the approved samples and packed in boxes with foam on the sides to provide better protection
Each wooden box contains a specific number of tiles according to the thickness, all details of the box contents are mentioned on the label paper attached to the outer side of the box
Only cardboard or foam boxes are used to pack 12*12 tiles (0.1mm +/- 0.5 thickness) before packing them inside the wooden boxes. Thin plastic sheets are added between the polished sides of the tiles to avoid scratching the surface
Wooden Pendulums
The panels are assembled in groups of 8 to 15 panels according to their thickness inside a single wooden bundle and loaded into a 20-foot container either by an iron arm that extends to enter the container or in an open top container using a winch according to the customer’s request. The polished panels are also separated by plastic sheets to be protected against scratches
The Normal Way
The panels are placed manually directly on the surface of the container on two bars fixed on the inner longitudinal sides of the 20ft container. If the panels are long (length not height) then the container takes only two sets on the right and the other on the left. If the panels are short (length) then the container takes four sets of colors, two on the right and two on the left. The polished panels are also separated by plastic sheets to be protected against scratches.
